Hi! My name is Abigail Snyder and I am a recent college graduate who is excited to join the work of sharing the Gospel with people who have never had the opportunity to hear it in their own language. Currently, I teach high school English in northeast Indiana. In December of 2012, I plan on moving to Papua New Guinea to teach middle and high school English at a school for missionary kids. I will be teaching at Numonohoi Christian Academy in Papua New Guinea for the next two to four years with New Tribes Missions. If you have questions about my ministry there, check out the blog posts or contact me directly. I hope that you will consider partnering with me on this journey, as I firmly believe that, though I may be the one who is physically traveling overseas, it is not I who am doing the work, but the churches and individuals who stand behind me as senders, encouragement, and intercessors.
Isaiah 61:3. “To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness: that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He might be glorified.”
